No, during the purchasing process you will be asked wether you want to buy the trial site or a brand new one
If i decide not to buy at the end of the trial period, do i have to pay anything?
No, the trial period is completely free of charge. At the end of the 10 days free trial you won't be able to edit the site anymore or see it online. After a month we will proceed with the delete of the site from our database.
How much does a site cost and how long are the subscriptions?
You can purchase our services for 6 or 12 months. We have three types of packages: Start, Professional and Premium.
If i buy a certain type os subscription (for example a Start package) will i be able to change it?
You can upgrade your subscription anytime you want by just paying the difference of price between the two packages
After my subscription expires, how do i renew it?
The renewal process is not automatic. Sitonline will inform you that you're site is about to expire and you will be able to decide wether you want to renew or not your site and for how long.
Can i purchase a domain?
Sitonline offers you the domain registration included in tha site package. In case you already own a domain, its transfer to our servers will be included in the price of the package instead of the registration.
